Focus Study

So Tyson posted some work by Uta Barth a while back that uses focus or lack there of in interesting new ways. Tyson and I had discussed it a bit and here's my take on the idea. While the idea seems simple enough it does make composition almost more important since there is no real subject. I found it interesting and challenging. I hope to pursue more of this in the future. The only post work on these photos was contrast and saturation so basically what you see is what was shot.

Senior Pictures - Travis

So my buddy Tyler asked me to take "Senior Picture" for his brother Travis who is graduating High School this year. He wanted something industrial, urban and something different so here's what I came up with. Not exactly sure Grandma and Grandpa will love them all but I thought they were pretty neato. Great locations, a little creepy and dark but that's what I love. Enjoy.

Emberlily Design - The Flowers

Here are the flowers shot for Emberlily Design.

Emberlily Design - Kristee Brials

Here's part 2 of the Emberlily bridal series.

Emberlily Design - Amanda Brials

I shot some Bridals as part of a set I was working on for my friend Hollee for Emberlily Design. Hollee is amazingly talented and if you ever need flowers for any reason give her a call. We shot these at Gardner Village and was for the flowers but these "Bridals" were just for fun. I messed around with the processing a bit and I like the way they turned out.
